About Adult Fitness

Adult Fitness Class is a self-controlled intensity/full-body workout meaning you set the pace on what you want to do at what intensity. Each person controls the amount of weight used on various lifts. The instructor controls the sets/reps during that month. These sets/reps are manipulated each week. You will never walk into this class and get the same workout during the week if you come all three times. You can say this class uses “Muscle Confusion” (P-90X) to burn calories. The class goes through an extensive dynamic warm-up, then into light to moderate controlled plyometrics (getting the heart rate up), and then into all free weight exercises using dumbbells, barbells, stability balls, Bosu balls and resistant bands to burn up to 800 calories! 


About Spin Class

Spinning is an athletic training program designed to provide all levels of students with a fun, safe and challenging workout. We use stationary bikes with variable resistance to provide a great cardiovascular workout.


About High Intensity Interval Training

HIIT uses a variety of exercises and cardio, along with pre-determined rest time, to optimize fat loss and strength gains. This is a full-body workout that will push you the entire class. HIIT has been proven to be one of the best ways to burn fat in the shortest amount of time.



RIPPED is a cardiovascular designed circuit for all ages that utilizes a combination of Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and YOUR will to Drive.
